The Resort 24 by AvenidA is located in the centre of Kaprun, only a few steps from the pedestrian area where you can find sport shops and small stores, chic cafés and après-ski bars, and numerous restaurants, toque-awarded eateries and traditional inns.

The surrounding mountains provide the ideal terrain for winter and summer activities. The location of the 24 by AvenidA is ideal: only 750 m to the family mountain Maiskogel and 5 km to the Areitbahn onto the Schmittenhöhe, as well as the valley station onto the Kitzsteinhorn. The TAUERN SPA Kaprun, too, is 2 km away. During the winter season there’s a ski bus stop near 24 by AvenidA.
