Where can sports equipment be rented?

Can ski passes be purchased at the reception?

Ski passes can be purchased directly at the reception. The current ski pass prices apply!

Are there any discounts or cooperations with sports shops and ski schools?

All reductions can be found in the Alpin Gold Card flyer, which you will receive upon arrival.

Informations on Check In & Check Out:

Please note that check-in and check-out take place at Avenida Mountain Lodges Kaprun, which is 650 meters away from our 24 by AvenidA.Address: Mühlfeldstraße 2, 5710 Kaprun.

Check-In: 4 pm - 8 pm
Check-Out: 8 am - 10 am

If you plan to arrive later, please inform us in advance.

Important Note: A deposit of 300€ per apartment or room is required. This will be secured upon arrival by credit card.


Early arrival: Subject to availability on the day of arrival. Consultation with the reception is required!
Late arrival: Arrival after 8pm is no problem, please inform us in advance!
Late Check Out: Depending on availability on the day of departure. Consultation with the reception is required!

How long is the reception open?

Reception of the AvenidA Mountain Lodges is open between 8 am. and 8 pm.

Is it possible to leave luggage before arrival or after departure?

You are welcome to park your car and leave your luggage with us before arrival at Mountain Lodges Kaprun or after departure.

External guests are welcome on request and depending on availability.

Are there parking facilities at the hotel?

Parking spaces are available free of charge

Is there an e-charging station?

Yes, e-charging stations are available for a fee.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are only allowed upon request, in selected rooms/suites, and subject to a daily surcharge.

Is there a spa?

Opening hours: 15:00 - 20:00

Our wellness area includes:

  • 2 saunas
  • 2 infrared seats
  • Rest area

Our wellness area can be used exclusively on request and only according to availability also before check in & after check out.

Is there a gym?

We do offer a fitness area. You can use it all time.

Is a ski room available to story ski equipment?

Our heated ski room is at your disposal free of charge.

Can bikes be stored at the hotel?

No, there is no bike room in the hotel. For more details please contact our reception team.

Is there a washer and a dryer in the hotel?

On site washing machines and dryers are available free of charge. Also at your disposal is an iron.

Questions regarding the room/ suite

What is available in my room/suite?

Wifi, Nespresso coffee machine, towels, bed linen (allergy bed linen on request), hairdryer, Rituals care products.
Smoking is prohibited in all our rooms.
Kitchen: fully equipped with pots, dishes, cutlery. (no spices, etc.)

Is there a daily cleaning service?

Out of consideration for the environment, we do not offer daily room cleaning.
If you require cleaning, please contact reception - we will be happy to organise room cleaning for you for a fee.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms/suites?

Our rooms / suites do NOT include air conditioning.

Are there cots and highchairs?

Yes, on request and for a fee.

Questions regarding your booking

What catering is provided?

We offer overnight stays with and without breakfast.

What are the cancellation conditions?

30% deposit on booking and final payment up to 14 days before arrival
up to 14 days prior to arrival: free cancellation or modification
from 13 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation and amendment fees

100% deposit on booking

100% deposit 1 day before arrival
up to 16:00 prior to the day of arrival: free cancellation or modification
from 4:00 p.m. before the day of arrival: 100% cancellation and amendment fees

Can a booking be completed without a credit card

If you do not have a credit card, you are welcome to make the booking with us by phone and pay by bank transfer.

How to change or cancel an existing booking

For change and cancellation requests, please contact us in writing. All bookings made through a tour operator or third party supplier must also be cancelled or changed through them.

Is payment on the spot possible?

We kindly ask you to settle the payment in due time according to the cancellation conditions. Payment on the spot is not possible.
